Parternship Pitch Announcement

You are invited to help us celebrate six years of CBCP by sharing a “Partnership Pitch” – a brief statement about the blessings of space-use partnerships at your church.  Doing so could result in a $500 cash prize and shine a spotlight on your congregation at Diocesan Convention.  

Here’s how to make a qualifying Partnership Pitch:

1.    Compose a two-minute statement that describes how the vitality of your congregation has been positively impacted by property-use partnerships.  

2.    Adhere to these submission details:

·      Deadline to submit:  October 1, 2026

·      Maximum length:  300 words (about 2 minutes when read aloud) about how the vitality of your congregation has been positively impacted by property-use partnerships.

·      Photo Requirement:  Submit up to 3 photos of property-use partnership(s) in action (with people).  Photos should be higher-resolution, not copied from social media posts.

*      If photos include the faces of children, verify that your church has obtained written permission from parents/guardians to allow the photos to be shared online on CBCP’s website.

·      Email your written “pitch” statement and photos to Info@cbcpindiana.org. The pitch verbiage may be in the body of the email, or in an attachment.  Attach your photos to that email message.

·      Video Option:  You may create a 2-minute video of your statement to accompany your written submission.

Prize details

·      All submissions that include a qualifying statement will be eligible to receive a $500 Partnership Pitch Prize for a property improvement at their church.  One Pitch per Indiana Episcopal Diocese will be awarded the Prize. Winners will be notified prior to their respective Diocesan Convention. It is hoped, but not required, that a person from each winning church will “make the pitch” in-person at their convention.
